CERAMIC DISC WATERLOADS

CML's High Power Ceramic Disc Waveguide Waterloads utilize alumina ceramic disc windows which separate the coolant from the input waveguide.  Models are available for all popular frequency ranges in a variety of RF vacuum flange and standard flange types.  Waveguide sizes larger than WR284 use O-ring sealed ceramic disc windows and are suitable for use at atmospheric pressure or with pressurized waveguide.  Models for WR284 and smaller waveguide sizes have furnace brazed ceramic windows for vacuum waveguide applications.

CERAMIC BLOCK WATERLOADS

For the best combination of high average power handling and the ultimate in compact size the Ceramic Block Waterload is an excellent choice. CML’s Ceramic Block Waterloads use alumina ceramic windows which separate the coolant from the input waveguide and brazed construction to provide a rugged unit that is highly resistant to mechanical shock and vibration. These Waterloads cover bandwidths of approximately 12% and can be used with vacuum or pressurized waveguide. Optional probe couplers to monitor input power and pressurization fittings are available upon request.Units for vacuum application have coated windows to reduce multipactor.
